Cashier here don't let u know u can't choose your chicken part,they much obliged to give what you wanted,for me it's 5 stars,But KFC chicken quality have downgrade much feel like wanting to stop having em anymore

The service here is absolutely my favorite part — the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, with smiles that really make you feel at home. The atmosphere is also awesome, cozy and clean, which makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. As for the food, it was just wow! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside yet juicy and tender on the inside — exactly how KFC should be. The fries were hot and crunchy, not soggy, and the coleslaw was fresh and creamy. I also enjoyed the burger, which came with soft buns and flavorful chicken inside. Everything was served quickly and tasted great. Overall, this branch really stood out to me. Good food, amazing service, and a cozy environment — definitely one of the best KFC experiences I’ve had in Kelantan.
